During the Consolidation Phase we:

 

  • Gain buy in on business vision and technical guiding principles

  • Select conceptual, functional, and technical architecture

  • Identify and prioritize process, organization, and technology gaps between present and future states

  • Identify framework needs

  • Review and assess implementation alternatives

  • Develop strategic recommendations to operationalize the architecture
