We analyze the data gathered in the assessment phase to document the various themes that emerge. During the Analysis Phase we:

 

  • Consolidate interview themes & perform technical, functional, and data analysis

  • Develop a straw man for guiding principles

  • Develop a straw man for "to be" functional and technical architecture

  • Assemble concise points of view and best practices
